1. An entity (A) just signed a contract with another entity (B).

A allows B to use its premises and employees in order to produce some goods developed by B which will be furthered sold to another party C and the profit from this sale will be split between A and B in equal shares.

Is the contract between A and B a contract within the scope of IFRS 15?
